The Home Purchase Rebate

Those who participate in the Employee Home Connect can add to their personal wealth through this exciting rebate program. The size of the rebates is determined by the amount of the home sale price (see table below). Rebates are paid by Client First within 15 working days after the close of escrow.
Our clients usually receive a standard cash rebate equal to 20% of our agent’s compensation on a home purchase. But your employees, using Employee Home Connect, receive an additional 5% Buyer’s Bonus Rebate.

Your employee’s rebate is applied as an escrow credit to cover closing costs.
NOTE: The above examples are based upon your employee’s agent receiving a minimum compensation of 3 percent of the sale price. The 25% compensation rebate is based on a minimum 2% of your employee’s agent compensation. If below 2 percent, the rebate is adjusted to 15%. Your employee must use an assigned agent from the Client First Network on the home purchase to receive a rebate through the program. The rebate is applied as an escrow credit to pay closing costs.
